There is nothing worse than a hideous winter boot. The problem with hideous winter boots is that they are generally warm and are designed to make sure you don’t fall in the snow and hurt yourself. I’d be the first one to admit that two years ago I ended up with a concussion after tripping on a sheet of ice wearing platform boots. The only redeeming quality about being in the ER was that the person I was dating was there with me.
